    Liquid Sucrose

Marigold has been making liquid sucrose since we first opened our doors in 1976. We can custom-make liquid sucrose to any spec you may have. Liquid sucrose is often used for many food recipes that require granulated sugar as a sweetening agent, as in the sweetening of drinks. Liquid sucrose then becomes a better substitute for granulated sugar given that liquids blend easier together. For the production of liquid sucrose it is possible to use both beet and/or cane.

      1. Drums
      2. Totes
      3. Bulk Trucks

    Invert Sugar

Compared with liquid sucrose, invert sugar is sweeter than ordinary sugar and it is less inclined to crystallize. Marigold has the ability to produce both medium and total invert liquid sugar. We produce our invert sugars from only the highest quality granulated sugars available to ensure top quality product for our customers. Both of these products offer greater solubility, greater micro stability, and greater resistance to crystallization than a traditional liquid sucrose. They also offer increased moisture retention for fresh baked goods and enhanced shelf life.

We are helping provide this ever growing market with high quality, batch consistent materials for every need.

    Honeys and Syrups

While both honey and syrups are both sweeteners and thickeners that can be used in a great number of foods, there are some important differences in the production of each of these tasty and flavorful fluids. Honey is a natural sweetener made by bees using nectar from flowers. Each variety of honey has a different color and unique flavor that also can provide different nutritional benefits. While the basis for syrups is obtained from a number of natural starch sources, the actual creation of the product rests in the manufacturing and hydrolysis process to allow flexibility in viscosity and brix level to meet your requirements. We can supply different varieties of both honey and syrups to fit your exact needs.

    Fruit Juice (NFC & Concentrate)

Fruit juice is the unfermented but fermentable liquid obtained from the edible part, appropriately mature and fresh fruit or of fruits. After the juice is filtered, it may be concentrated, which reduces the size of juice by a factor of 5, making it easier to transport and increasing its expiration date.
