Marigold has been making liquid sucrose since we first opened our doors in 1976. We can custom-make liquid sucrose to any spec you may have. Liquid sucrose is often used for many food recipes that require granulated sugar as a sweetening agent, as in the sweetening of drinks. Liquid sucrose then becomes a better substitute for granulated sugar given that liquids blend easier together. For the production of liquid sucrose it is possible to use both beet and/or cane.
Compared with liquid sucrose, invert sugar is sweeter than ordinary sugar and it is less inclined to crystallize. Marigold has the ability to produce both medium and total invert liquid sugar.
